Shipping policy

Pet and Aquarium World aims to process orders as quickly as possible with most orders leaving our warehouse within 2 business days. Some circumstances however may delay the dispatch of your order. Delivery is estimated between 1-7 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia, however our local delivery option for those within a 20km radius will receive their order within 48 hours.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Shipping rates are generated based on your delivery location and the particular items in your cart.

All of our items are available for pick up from our store in Narellan. Once you have selected your items, just select free pick up in store as your delivery method and select a date and time for pickup. Once your items are ready, you will receive an email advising your items are ready. Currently pickup is available Monday to Friday. Please see our Front Counter staff to collect your order.

We offer standard shipping for $15.00, excluding bulky or heavy items.

We also offer a local delivery option for customers within a 20km radius of our store for $25.00. 

For bulky or heavy items Pet and Aquarium offers $35.00 Standard Shipping. 

Pet and Aquarium World ships goods Australia wide, However some of our larger or more fragile items however, are limited to NSW only.
